WHAT IS WITH THIS WEATHER?

I never seem to be wearing the right footwear when it rains. When I opt for function, I feel frumpy -- when I commit to style, I inevitably wind up ruining a great pair of shoes. Though I wouldn't include Charles David as one of my faves, I think these rain boots are a happy medium. And the studded strap is removable. Not bad!
